  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide plan benefit review, interpretation, and systematic setup essential to the processing of claims adjudication
  - Utilize proprietary systems for analytical coding of customized benefit plans
  - Engage in discussions with clients regarding benefit interpretation and compliance with state and federal mandates
  - Facilitate client reviews of plan setups to ensure alignment of benefit interpretation
  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on complex benefit administration and processing recommendations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Healthcare industry experience (Customer Service, Claims, and/or Plan Build preferred)
  - Proficiency with various data systems; DOS systems experience is a plus
  - Strong understanding of medical terminology
  - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively
  - Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  - Familiarity with Salesforce
  - Strong research skills to identify root causes of concerns
