      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide plan benefit review, interpretation, and systematic setup for claims adjudication
      - Engage in discussions with clients regarding benefit interpretation and compliance with mandates
      - Facilitate client-facing reviews to ensure alignment of plan setups
      - Consult with internal stakeholders on benefit administration to minimize disruptions
      - Execute system setup and mapping of client-level benefits in alignment with industry coding

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Healthcare industry experience (Customer Service, Claims, or Plan Build preferred)
      - Proficiency with various data systems (experience with DOS systems is a plus)
      - Strong understanding of medical terminology
      - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively
      - Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience working in healthcare
      - Familiarity with Salesforce
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and address underlying issues
