  Job Title: Associate Principal - Architecture

  Work Location: Scottsdale, AZ

  Job Description

  • Good knowledge of cloud computing delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and deployment models related to Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud service.
  • 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  • 7+ years design & implementation experience with large distributed applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in core disciplines (E.g. compute, networking, storage, security, database architecture)
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies
  • Strong automation development skills. Needs to be proficient in one or more automation languages [i. e. Ansible, Cloud Formations, Chef, Puppet, Terraform]
  • Deep understanding of cloud component architecture: Microservices, Containers, IaaS, Storage, Security , Knowledge of routing/switching technologies
  • Experience in developing and implementing DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring/observability solution.
  • Professional experience architecting, operating cloud-based solutions.
  • Contribute as AWS subject matter expert to identify and solve enterprise problems and translate application/org requirements into deliverable solutions.
  • Create blueprints for hybrid cloud infrastructures centered around AWS (network, server, storage, security, and management software topologies), Run technical workshops, and advise stakeholders on architectural and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure that a quality solution is delivered in a timely manner, within budget.
  • Participate in architecture definition for Cloud Initiatives utilizing industry best practices and technologies.
  • Provide hands-on, prototypes, and implementations incorporating cloud engineering best practices , Develop technical content like white paper etc.
