What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as program manager, overseeing the execution and performance of all projects in a single program
- Serve as project manager for highly complex projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams and external subconsultants
- Prepare and coordinate proposals and other business development functions
- Monitor scope adherence, schedule progress, and budget throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage client interactions for programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar
- Professional Engineering licensure preferred
- 4+ years of experience in the renewable energy market
- 10+ years of project management experience in an engineering consulting environment in the renewable energy sector
- Knowledge of PV system design
- Knowledge of project controls
- High level understanding of different engineering disciplines
- Strong decision-making and recommendation skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
