About the Role
Role Location: 55 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
Note: The role could either be offered at 4.3 or 4.4 depending on the skills and experiences of the successful candidate.

You will be in a state-based role responsible for ensuring clients’ needs are met and are aligned to their client strategies, with a focus on assisting the Private Banker with client deposit, lending and wealth needs including client meetings.

Client interaction will very often be via Private Banker or may be through direct client interaction during transactional activities.

What will your day look like

In this Melbourne based role, you will be managing a portfolio of high value client family groups. You will report to a Private Banker and work together as a team to coordinate timely and relevant execution of client banking, investment and wealth needs collaboratively with specialist Advisors.

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have the following experiences, knowledge, and skills:

• Proven experience working on ANZ products, systems & processes
• Knowledge of transactional banking, lending and judgmental credit process.
• Demonstrated experience as a trusted relationship banker who is able to represent clients’ interests and evolving needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and client support background
• Excellent organisational and time management skills is required
• Strong focus on compliance, attention to detail & flawless execution is required
• RG146 educational requirements specific for role
• Professional level of bi-lingual skill is essential (English and Mandarin and/Cantonese)
