      As an Associate Process Analyst, you will serve as a business process engineer to support and improve processes across the organization. Working with an assigned Senior Process Analyst or Principal Process Analyst as your mentor, you will engage in assigned service engagements under close supervision and guidance.

      Responsibilities & Qualifications

      What you’ll do:

      • Act as a business process engineer in both product and non-product initiatives.

      • Assist in evaluating processes for efficiency, regulatory compliance, and compatibility with other departmental processes, ensuring quality output.

      • Aid in the design and proposal of new or modified processes to better achieve business objectives and outcomes for assigned service engagements.

      • Help measure, monitor, and report to management and stakeholders on the consistency and effectiveness of evaluated processes.

      • Contribute to the development and construction of a change management plan for effectively implementing process changes for service engagements.

      • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with business, technology, and product partners to gather information on process gaps, pain points, dependencies, and redundancies, facilitating process improvements within the organization.

      • Learn and apply fundamental approaches, frameworks, and deliverables of business process analysis through working assignments with an assigned mentor and supervisor.

      It’s required that you:

      • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.

      • Up to two years’ experience in insurance or processing operations, preferably with a concentration in workers’ compensation or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the skills necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
