Job Description
You will be the Associate Procurement Analyst / P-Card Buyer for the SEMAC Engineering Services Lab team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and performance for multiple Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Engineering Programs, supporting the procurement of prototype hardware and other essential materials.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Procurement Analyst / P-Card Buyer, you will be responsible for making strategic purchases using a Purchasing Card (P-Card) and supporting the creation of purchase requisitions to drive program success. You will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for our engineering programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing requests for estimates and analyzing/evaluating estimates from suppliers
• Selecting or recommending suppliers and analyzing costs to meet program targets
• Performing P-Card reconciliation and payment
• Coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to purchase requisitions
• Creating purchase requisitions via the Purchase Requisition Request Tool

• Knowledge and experience in P-Card purchasing and P-Card reconciliation.
• Be familiar and have experience with P-Card procurement including a working knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) and SAP.
• Procurement experience with P-Card buying.
• Have a general familiarity with the marketplace for electrical and IT components.
• Self-motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership of tasks and accountable.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $44,400 - $78,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
