What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for all aspects of production, including project scoping, scheduling, resource management, and quality control
- Produce multiple projects independently with guidance from senior team members
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless execution of creative visions
- Negotiate talent rates, clearances, and usage rights
- Maintain proactive communication with cross-functional teams throughout the production process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge or curiosity about film, art/photography, and digital capabilities
- Strong work ethic, curiosity, and determination
- Minimum of 1-2 years of production experience at an agency
- Understanding of art production workflow and creative processes
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with AICP and AICE guidelines
- Experience with union vs. non-union talent negotiations
- Additional experience in film production or related fields
