What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize activities for multiple events simultaneously and lead on-site production
- Support budget creation, expense tracking, vendor communications, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with state event regulations, local sampling laws, and client marketing codes
- Manage administrative tasks including procuring permits, invoice requests, and staff payroll
- Create event report forms that align with brand goals and objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years experience in experiential or event production within an advertising environment
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience
- Experience in tying business strategy and sponsorship to experiential events
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects proactively
- Experience in at least one specialized area such as stage production, lighting, or décor styling
