      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and market a subset of a product or group of products at all stages of the product lifecycle
      - Provide input on product growth strategies that impact P&L performance
      - Coordinate processes with other functional groups for successful product delivery to market
      - Gather market requirements and define new products or markets to meet business unit goals
      - Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and travel to meet them

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
      - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Applications/Design/R&D/Process Engineering, Technical Sales Support, or fiber optic communications roles
      - 1+ years' experience in product marketing, product development, or related field
      - Familiarity with fiber optic communications technologies and products
      - Knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in product marketing, product development, or related fields beyond the minimum requirement
      - Proven ability to profitably price products for markets
      - Strong analytical problem-solving skills driven by data and facts
