      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate closely with software development and business stakeholders to ensure effective go-to-market plans
      - Support business stakeholders accountable for results delivered by the sprint team
      - Understand technical limitations to address client or business needs
      - Suggest product enhancements and identify new features to improve user experience
      - Perform quality assurance controls on products and prioritize implementation of new features

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in the Software Technology & Development area
      - Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
      - Strong task management skills
      - Attention to detail in managing backlogs and product ownership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with AGILE best practices
      - Previous involvement in end-to-end project management
      - Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis
      - Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
