What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, scope, test, and launch new product features based on client needs and product vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue growth and efficiency in the cyber insurance marketplace
- Conduct strategic analyses and customer/competitor research to inform product decisions
- Build product awareness through demos, training sessions, and documentation
- Provide high-level customer support and coordinate with internal teams as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product management role
- Proven ability to make design and implementation decisions in an agile environment
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with senior executives
- Strong project management skills, including tracking and reporting on progress
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in product management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in cyber security or insurance, with Managed Services provider experience being a plus
- Experience working within an agile environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
