We're embarking on an exciting journey to modernise our group-wide data landscape to help achieve our mission in enabling a data-fuelled organization. In the Chief Data and Analytics Office (“CDAO”), we’re looking for hardworking individuals who have a deep understanding of the financial business, cloud technology and with a strategic approach to help fulfil our visions and support this journey.
Part of the broader Data Management office, we provide the capabilities for federated data offices to run and control their data in a well-governed and consistent manner. We offer capabilities to model data, curate reusable data assets, gather lineage and metadata, store and distribute reference data, and control frameworks and tooling to identify and remediate data issues.
What you'll be doing...
As an Associate Product Manager within the Reference & Master Data Management Team , you’ll work closely with the Product Managers to create and roll out of a portfolio of data management capabilities, supporting the Product Manager to deliver the data product vision and strategy.
There will be the opportunity to work with design and technology teams to design and develop solutions to solve real business needs. Our Associate PMs work with internal customers to gather and document requirements, turning them into user stories to be developed by technology teams. You'll help the technical teams to break down work into smaller, incremental value that can be delivered faster. We're looking for you to help bring the data and customer journeys to life.
Part of the role will involve conducting analysis, running workshops, defining and delivering new processes and workflows and running proof-of-concepts.
Other aspects include, managing the product backlog and priorities, identifying opportunities to enhance products.
You'll partner with technology counterparts to transform functional designs into technical designs and execution plans.

Additional Package:
