What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own product delivery projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to enhance member experiences
- Define and track core product success measures and KPIs to support company objectives
- Utilize data and insights to inform product prioritization and development
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation plans to measure product impact confidently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of Product Management or equivalent experience, preferably in consumer or health-tech
- Strong product intuition and experimentation mindset
- Proven track record of shipping, testing, and iterating on features
- Ability to ground product decisions in data, user feedback, and measurable impact
- Experience writing user stories and collaborating with designers and engineers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with user research and market analysis
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
- Background in health technology or consumer-focused products
- Skills in data analytics and interpretation for product enhancement
