      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead an agile scrum team in prioritizing features to advance product strategy and vision
      - Partner with research team to validate assumptions and problem statements with users
      - Write requirements/stories for UX and Engineering teams to design and test product solutions
      - Prepare and participate in PI Planning meetings as part of SAFe processes
      - Collaborate with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product meets all requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - 0-2 years of product experience in an agile environment
      - Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-changing organization
      - Strong relationship building skills with technical, clinical, and business stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building health tech products
      - Knowledge of nephrology practices or electronic health care records systems
      - Experience working in healthcare or delivering web/mobile applications
