      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the development and execution of state-specific product strategies for profitable growth
      - Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to insurance products
      - Execute annual rate plan recommendations and support documentation and filing
      - Collaborate with various teams to support state-level initiatives and product lifecycle
      - Conduct market and competitor research to inform product enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in insurance product management, actuarial science, or related analytical roles
      - Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
      - Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for business case development and presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep knowledge of the P&C industry and insurance product pricing
      - Interest in high-net-worth clientele and customized insurance solutions
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
