      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities
      - Coordinate forecasting and align market needs with commercial, R&D, and operations teams
      - Collaborate closely with R&D to define and develop customer-focused innovations
      - Lead development and conduct Voice-of-Customer research to define product requirements
      - Develop product release plans, including commercialization strategies and pricing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences
      - 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role within the Life Sciences industry
      - Strong leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills
      - Proficiency in market analysis and customer research methodologies
      - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or relevant product management experience
      - Familiarity with supply and demand forecasting and its impact on business strategy
      - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Self-starter with the ability to create and implement plans with minimal supervision
      - Experience in developing cases and financial models to support strategic decisions
