      Position Description:

      A Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and executing events to promote our brand and connect with our target audience.

      Responsibilities:

      Digital Marketing:

      • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
      • Create engaging and relevant content for our digital platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
      • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
      • Social Media Management:
      • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, creating and curating content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to ensure our strategies remain effective.

      Events Coordination:

      • Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including product launches, conferences, webinars, and community outreach programs.
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events from conception to completion.
      • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
      • Collaboration and Communication:
      • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with broader marketing objectives.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.
      • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing and events initiatives.

      Reporting and Analysis:

      • Generate regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
      • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the impact of digital marketing efforts on website traffic, lead generation, and customer conversion.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in digital marketing and event coordination.
      • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation.
      • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
