      We are looking for a talented individual…

      To join our team as an Associate Program Manager who lives in Maine! This position is the primary client contact for an existing, well established and successful programs. You will be the the primary contact for Efficiency Maine, leading program review sessions with to discuss cost, schedule, and performance.

      For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

      • Manage an Efficiency Maine contract with direct oversight from the regional senior director.

      • Establish and manage channel partnerships with retailers and distributors.

      • Execute scope of work for compliance and client satisfaction.

      • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance)

      • Manage projects and programs with moderate complexity and risk (typically established programs)

      • May create technical content & intellectual property

      In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

      • 5-8 years' relevant work and project management experience

      • Bachelor’s degree

      • Must reside in Maine

      Target Compensation

      $85,000-$95,000

      Compensation Range

      $76,100.00 - $114,200.00

      Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
