What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support program implementation and execution of utility programs
- Develop comprehensive plans for resource/labor, communication, and project management
- Maintain project tracking with status updates and trend information
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Business, Environmental Sciences, Energy, or related disciplines with 3+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience in Energy, Electrification, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Program Management, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong outreach and communication abilities
- EV or fleet electrification experience or knowledge
- PMP certification or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
