Position Details:

This role will be providing analytics insights to determine whether potential enhancements are appropriate, which could be on IVR, customer portal, chatbot, CRM, or other operational processes. Also, this role will be responsible for performing post-mortem analysis on project launches to determine if the desired value was achieved. The role will be the subject matter expert on data to conduct deep dive analyses and provide recommendations. This role will also work closely with project leaders and stakeholders to solidify the enhancement required. This role will also deep dive into process data and find root causes and identify improvement opportunities. This role is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Digital Innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze large data sets using advanced analytical tools (eg. SQL, Excel, SAS) to uncover trends, automation opportunities, process improvements and insights for various operational areas. Perform data discovery to uncover patterns and outliers in data.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses for project launches to examine the project's performance, identify what went well, what didn't go as planned, and gather insights for future improvements.
• Perform data testing and validation on new data before project launch to ensure we have the accurate data and fields for future continuous monitoring.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on data analysis and recommended course of actions for during initiation phase and monitoring phase of the project.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
