- Negotiate engineering drawing release schedules and manage production change incorporation plans to effectively mitigate assembly disruption.
- Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability and potential production constraints to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided to support master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
- Report status of projects to respective customers.
- Provide continuous improvement guidance.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement solutions and monitor outcomes.
- Analyze multiple data sources in detail to identify trends and patterns using engineering fundamentals.
- Effectively communicate with multiple levels of leadership and client groups both verbally and written.
- Convey complex data visually through PowerPoint, Tableau, and/or related programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years of experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Security Clearance within a reasonable amount of time as required by the business.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Power Point, Project, Excel, etc.).
- Bachelors with 1 year of experience in project management or related or Masters and 0 year.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Security Clearance within a reasonable amount of time as required by the business.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Power Point, Project, Excel, etc.).
- Active, In-Scope, DOD Secret Security Clearance with Program Access
- Experience in analyzing large quantities of data to determine KPIs/performance metric reporting and analysis.
- Prior experience working with complex databases SAP, Oracle, SQL relational etc
- Experience in or knowledge of a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or business environment
- 2 years of demonstrated experience leading project teams
- Experience with shop floor control systems
- Experience/certifications in lean/process improvement
- Experience interfacing with suppliers and leadership.
- Experience with schedule creation and briefing
- Experience using a data analytics visualization software package (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Lumira).

This candidate will join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on-site in St Augustine, Florida site.
This is an individual contributor, non-manager role with no direct reports.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, the candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering and other key functional disciplines towards the goal of efficiently assessing all change management vehicles, from inception to completion. They oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Project managers review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepares status reports. The selected candidate assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $77,200.00Salary Range 2: $62,200.00 - $93,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
