What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle escalations from direct reports, ensuring efficient resolution
- Document and clarify processes to enhance efficiency and understanding
- Manage audits for new programs and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure consistency in audit handling across the organization and programs
- Coordinate internal tasks while minimizing external vendor communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in medical coding and billing, preferably from a lien resolution vendor
- Strong understanding of medical coding and billing processes
- Excellent documentation and process management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing others, even if not extensive
- Familiarity with lien resolution processes and vendors
