      Description

      Position Overview:

      The Associate Project Manager, Creative & Marketing Operations will assist the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate the development of marketing assets and images. This role will ensure all details are up to date across documents and programs, and ensure projects are happening in a timely manner. This role may also assist with photo shoot production in all phases, including hands-on work on set.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage day to day flow of assets and projects. Includes daily check-ins and help prioritizing projects across channels.

      • Manage creative briefs in Wrike, and keep briefs up to date as details change

      • Keep tabs on all creative approvals and timelines and effectively communicate if projects are running behind.

      • Coordinate approvals for 3rd party marketing, creative & signage

      • Develop, communicate, and maintain project timelines and status updates

      • Work with the Sales team to identify marketing needs and develop project briefs.

      • Coordinate assets for product launches from end to end: managing timelines, creating shot lists, communicating with third party photographers, and gathering product information to pass to Ecom team in a single package and timely manner

      • Manage timelines for updating evergreen assets such as site assets, evergreen printed materials, and triggered emails

      • Coordinate with Ecom team to identify opportunities for paid social assets and brief the projects to the creative team, manage timeline and hand off

      • Manage creative requests from independents and key accounts, including signage and image assets

      • Assist Director with photo shoots, including logistics, sourcing, and returns

      • Organize receipts and expenses for events and photo shoots

      • On-set work during shoots, including set up, break down, and running errands

      • Manage flow of product samples used for photo shoots (internal & external)

      Qualifications


      Preferred Skills & Experience:

      • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination experience in a fast-paced environment; experience working in advertising, marketing, or a creative agency is a bonus

      • Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant experience, skills & training

      • Knowledge of creative process

      • Knowledge of Wrike a plus

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      • Strong organizational skills

      • Highly collaborative and proactive

      • Ability to multitask & manage multiple projects simultaneously

      • Hands-on and flexible, with a can-do approach

      Work Model

      Hybrid, 1-3 days at our Winter Park Studio or New York Studio along with occasional local travel
