      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support project executives on large complex projects and assignments while proactively managing project-related issues
      - Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects, conducting and documenting weekly meetings
      - Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs while maintaining accurate electronic files and documentation
      - Prepare and update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain financial tracking
      - Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate activities and technical relocations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering or Construction Management
      - Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prepare and track budgets
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in team environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of technical requirements for business relocations
      - Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree preferred
      - Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture/space planning concepts
      - Previous experience in client service or account management roles
      - Flexibility with work hours and travel requirements
