      As an Associate Project Manager you will be a key member in our international Digital, Robotics and Enabling Technologies (DRE) AO team, who is responsible for supporting projects across our AI and Digital teams.

      You will help to drive towards innovative technologies and your contribution will have an impact on daily work in hospitals around the world.

      What you will do:

      • Assist in defining and managing project scope; review with manager for approval. Outline major workstreams.

      • Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline. Assist in the development of a detailed project Gantt chart. Manage a sub-project timeline.

      • Collaborate with R&D to establish sub-project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.

      • Partner with sub-project teams to establish project Quality Plans. Monitor and maintain plans.

      • Create a risk register and management plan for the sub-project. Identify, analyze and understand project risks and develop sub-project risk response plan.

      • Participate in the development of a Procurement Management Plan.

      • Support the development of a project communications management plan

      • Additional role-specific technical areas of responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary.

      • Gains stakeholder trust, and maintains open communication channels with stakeholders, including development teams and sponsors

      • Stays calm under pressure timelines and seeks to add additional responsibility where appropriate to have an impact outside of core role

      What you need:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required

      • 2+ years of relevant work experience required

      • Experience with PLM and ERP systems required

      • Medical device experience - highly preferred

      • Digital fluency and general understanding of digital systems - highly preferred


      Travel Percentage: 20%
