      Stryker is seeking a tenacious, customer service-focused Associate Project Manager to manage customer engagements from initial transition from Sales through final delivery and transition to the Services team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across all care.ai product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements.

      What you will do

      • Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services team

      • Lead the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, quality and budget expectations

      • Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and accurate revenue forecasting using industry standard tools

      • Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology

      • Track and report on compliance to project budgets, drive project change orders as necessary, and generally be accountable for the project P&L

      • Facilitate project communications, including lead regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes, and managing all ongoing action items

      • Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes

      • Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; Elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback

      What you need

      Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree

      • 2+ years experience

      • Experience with project management software

      Preferred:

      • PMP certification

      • Healthcare Project Management experience preferred

      Travel Percentage: 50%
