- Develop project plans for all assigned small to medium projects with budgetary tracking, including identifying relevant internal teams necessary to provide service, analyzing the project area and specifications to develop a timeframe for all aspects of the project, and developing a budget that will adequately and accurately support each project.
- Plan, organize, and oversee adoption of innovations across functional teams to deliver defined objectives and meet company strategic objectives.
- Manage the completion of all projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all activities, including contracting, RF design, product/equipment ordering, permitting, regulatory, construction, optimization, close-out, and hand-off to operations are effectively and efficiently coordinated and completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the underlying contract / LSO.
- Develop processes, workflows, and trainings to ensure usage consistency among teams throughout the region.
- Lead implementation & training of systems, tools, processes, & procedures for teams throughout the region
- Ability to manage internal task level milestones to achieve customer commitments.
- Develop reports to identify and assess areas of opportunity for improved process efficiencies and performance
- Engage regional cross-functional teams and national Business Process Improvement teams with strong collaboration and effective communication for process improvement & OKR/KPI attainment.
- Ensure that all projects are maintained in the project tracking system with complete accuracy.
- Knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, maintenance, and property management
- Knowledge of Public and Private right of way project deployment, site acquisition procedures including regulatory and permitting processes
- Ability to manage and process multiple data streams
- Ability to direct the diagnosis of work flow problems, critical paths and institute remedies
- Ability to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies to financial issues
- Customer service orientation with a strong problem solving approach
- Strong work ethics and teamwork; can do” attitude and desire to provide excellence.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work collabortively with internal teams.
- Knowledge of Enterprise and Wireless service offerrings
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferred two (2)+ years of project management experience
- Customer-facing project management experience preffered

Role:
Associate, Project Manager are responsible for managing multiple regional projects and innovation initiatives. Associate, Project Manager serves as the liaison for the NI&O organization to district teams and cross-functional partners. Coordinate implementation and training efforts across district teams which result in consistent usage across all regions. Develop project plans and report performance results in relation to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
Compensation
The pay range offered for this position is $70,000-$96,300 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
