      Position Summary:

      This high-performing individual will be responsibility for delivering on operational and technical projects, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

      Position Responsibilities:

      • Lead the project management of one or more of Capital Rx’s core projects.

      • Work closely with internal subject matter experts as well as cross functional parties from sales, operations, compliance, product, scrum team, and others to identify project needs

      • Create and maintain project plans within Capital Rx’s existing agile framework with the objective to manage a wholistic and compliant project, including relevant milestones and details around the intersection of development with the software development team, compliance considerations, gaps in resource knowledge and technology solutions, etc.

      • Interact daily with product manager and scrum teams with effective and efficient communications to ensure proper tracking of project roadmap and hold all project team members accountable for accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.

      • Identify, track and report project progress, risks and if necessary, present a mitigation plan to leadership and stakeholders during weekly committee meeting and other internal meetings.

      • Present project updates and project risks/mitigation plans to clients on external projects.

      • Collaborate with external vendors required to support project deliverables.

      • Collect and act on feedback from internal stakeholders and external clients to improve project management process.

      • Maintain proficiency on project requirements and incorporate the guidance into project management approach; identify potential compliance considerations and challenges and raise them proactively to applicable stakeholders so they can solution and provide guidance on any adjustments needed.

      • Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams to keep projects on track.

      • Capture business requirements and project documents as required by each project.

      • Participate in backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events as applicable to projects.

      • Manage and execute day-to-day project management functions

      • Support general business needs, as required.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required

      • 2+ years of experience in a Project Management role; PMP preferred

      • Experience with pharmacy benefit management, health plans or other health care companies.

      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing.

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders.

      • Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and detail-oriented problem solver with an ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a team.

      • Proven track record of operating autonomously and making sound decisions.

      • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a deadline driven environment.

      • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

      • Intellectual and professional curiosity.

      • Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

      • Experience working with IT organizations and agile principles.

      • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily.

      Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
