      Inova Health System is seeking a Associate Project Manager PMO to join the Clinical Enterprise team. This role is Full-time Monday to Friday - hybrid.

      Requirements for consideration:

      • Bachelors Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Systems Engineering)
      • 2 years of Project Management experience

      Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

      • Develops and maintains master project plans for projects.
      • Uses clear, concise communication techniques to explain projects tailored to the appropriate audience.
      • Scopes projects for outcomes and business benefits, then provides recommendations on approach to fulfill selected requests.
      • Uses data-driven methodologies to drive decision making.
      • Conducts relevant business analyses for potential solutions; identifies, evaluates, and recommends external vendors, when appropriate.
      • Collaborates and effectively leverages subject matter expertise.
      • Demonstrates high leadership in achieving team/individual results within and across functional areas.
      • Integrates Inova’s continuous improvement methodology to drive in the PMO, implementing quantifiable and sustainable solutions.
      • Represents the PMO team effectively in various forums chaired by executives and external stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships, at all levels within the enterprise, to drive initiatives and projects toward success.
      • May perform additional duties as assigned.
