What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned delivery teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget expectations
- Proactively plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using industry-standard tools
- Ensure delivery process aligns with established deployment methodologies
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and manage ongoing action items
- Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years of work experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America
- Must be located in MST timezone and be within proximity to a major airport for travel
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification such as CAPM/PMP or equivalent
- Healthcare project management experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to gain stakeholder trust and maintain open communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
