Managing project administration, reporting, staffing, and communication activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Employing project management tools and techniques such as scheduling, critical path analysis, budgeting, change management, and risk assessment to effectively resolve issues and drive project success.
Creating detailed project plans and ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Strategically allocating resources to achieve project goals and satisfy customer needs.
Leading project teams, monitoring performance, and providing guidance across all project phases.
Representing our organization externally and serving as a key point of contact between the company and our customers.
Ensuring our project management practices align with PMBOK best practices and demonstrating a strong understanding of all Project Management Knowledge Areas.
Demonstrable project management experience within a technology-focused setting.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
A PMP certification (highly preferred) or CAPM certification (considered).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to build effective teams.
A self-driven and results-oriented approach.
Experience with two-way radio/cellular infrastructure communications products and/or public safety customers (police, fire, EMS) is advantageous.
Familiarity with Communication infrastructure civil work is also a plus.
2+ years of experience in project/program management or engineering/technical roles
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Please note that employer sponsorships for work permit is not available for this position.

Job DescriptionNote: This is a remote position with travel (25%-50%) to support projects. The candidate must reside in VA, MD, PA or DC. The candidate should reside within a reasonable driving distance of at least one our office locations for occasional in-person team meetings.
Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Project Manager (PM) to spearhead the implementation of intricate Communication System Projects. Acting as the primary point of contact and leader for assigned initiatives, the PM will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of contractual scope—in a timely manner, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations, while contributing to the development of business strategies and plans.
This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and adeptly navigate complex project landscapes using established PM tools and methodologies.

Target Base Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00
