      Job Summary:

      - Write test plans, perform test execution, and track defects using defined QA tools, processes, and methodology
      - Collaborate with team members, including Software Engineers and Product Owners, to ensure quality in feature design
      - Analyze design documents to create test plans
      - Create quality test plan documentation for review and use by other QA team members
      - Execute test scenarios using existing documentation

      Additional Functions:

      - Create and execute test plans and scripts to optimize application performance according to specifications
      - Perform issue tracking, reporting, and resolution of issues found during testing
      - Provide regular status updates to appropriate leadership and development team members
      - Support escalated incident tickets to resolve application and software issues
      - Follow regulatory requirements for software development/testing and provide necessary documentation

      Job Qualifications:

      Required Qualifications:

      - Associate degree with emphasis on Computer Science, IT, or related QA field or equivalent software experience
      - Experience with desktop, web, cloud, or mobile applications
      - Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
      - Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize
      - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Computer Science, IT, or related QA field or equivalent software experience
      - Experience in quality assurance and testing applications
      - Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps
      - Knowledge of SQL scripting practices

      Working Conditions:

      - Office environment – either in employer facility or at home/remote location
      - On-call rotations and availability outside of normal business hours during critical production release or issue escalation periods
