      Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

      • Assists in implementing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

      • Assists in conducting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

      • Assists with documenting and tracking defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.

      • Participates in collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.

      • Supports continuous QA processes and methodologies improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

      • Participates in code reviews and assists with providing input on quality and testability.

      • Performs simple testing functions and tasks.

      • Performs basic analysis of requirements, test coverage and impact of proposed requirements changes.

      • Develops analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision making.

      • Develops business knowledge and the ability to identify and define business needs.

      • Develops an understanding of the organization's business and technology operations.

      • Develops and demonstrates a customer focus by being responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate in work approach.

      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Job Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

      • Participates in the test effort on simple projects.

      • May serve as Scrum Master on an agile team, helping the team through a combination of facilitation and coaching, while also helping those outside the team understand how to interact with the team.

      • May serve as an agile development team member, creating and testing the product increment.

      This job is non-exempt in California and Washington.
