      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive innovation through external manufacturing partners by developing relationships and understanding manufacturing capabilities
      - Serve as the primary R&D point of contact for process engineering workstreams for external innovation projects
      - Design and execute trials and production runs to optimize product quality and operational throughputs
      - Collaborate with Quality & Product Safety and Regulatory to ensure food safety and compliance
      - Provide trial support and assist in troubleshooting internal manufacturing issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, food process engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
      - 0–3 years of relevant experience in an industrial, lab, or co-op/internship setting, preferably in CPG or food & beverage industry
      - Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical information
      - Understanding of unit operations, scale-up, and process optimization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge and/or experience in frying, seasoning, and extrusion
      - Familiarity with various food-based quality control analytical techniques
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with statistical data analysis tools
      - Passion for innovation and curiosity about emerging technologies in the CPG sector
      - Experience in designing experiments and trials to evaluate process or formulation performance
