      Overview

      The Associate Recruiter role is an entry-level position supporting scalable recruiting operations across the Novant Health Talent Acquisition footprint. Focuses on learning how to identify talent engagement opportunities. As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to Novant Health. You will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies, conducting initial candidate screenings, and assisting in various administrative and project tasks to support the recruitment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

      You will be responsible for providing superb customer service that enable outstanding screening and selection. Partners and builds excellent working relationships across our Talent Acquisition organization system-wide.-

      Qualifications

      • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Preferred. BS or AS, High School Diploma or GED, required.
      • Experience: 1 year professional experience with a AS, 2 years professional experience with HS or GED, required.
      • Additional Skills (required):
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
          • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
          • Previous experience in recruitment or customer service roles is a plus, but not required.
        • Additional Skills (preferred):
          • Great teammate with a roll-up-one’s-sleeves attitude, and highly developed sense of proactivity.
          • Experience with iCIMS.
