What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source candidates primarily via telephone and cold calling to fill open positions for client hospitals and facilities
- Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database
- Prequalify candidates by determining position requirements and verifying their availability
- Provide candidates with information on position requirements, market conditions, and location
- Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review and maintain communication with candidates as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and recruiters
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining candidate information
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and market trends
- Strong networking skills to develop candidate sources
- Proficiency in using recruitment databases and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
