Job Description
- Req#: R303409
- Conduct confidential investigations for all levels of associate relations claims. This includes but is not limited to harassment claims, leadership behavior issues and attendance concerns
- Evaluate cases and provide resolutions
- Present key findings and resolutions to cross-functional leadership
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all associate relations related inquiries and concerns
- Provide coaching to cross-functional leadership. Lead performance conversations and give direction on the communication plan for their associate(s). Conduct follow up conversations with impacted associates
- Draft and monitor counseling sessions that are occurring across organization
- Collaborate with key business partners for all associate relations related information
- Utilize the case management system to document cases, analyze data and identify trends in associate relation issues across the company
- Partner with associate relations leadership to identify best practices for mitigating case reoccurrences
- Support the development of all associate relation training materials, templates, and toolkits for managers
- Lead cross-functional programs designed to establish and maintain effective associate relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures
- Stay up to date on current HR policies and procedures related to associate relations
- Intake for IBCA/hotline
- 4+ years’ experience in associate relations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Strong experience and knowledge of associate relations
- Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, and other human capital management systems
