What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general support to the Remote Technical Operations team during all phases of a live remote event
- Collaborate with Tech Managers to create and update Technical Manuals and related documents for each event
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping of equipment, ensuring accuracy and condition upon receipt
- Assist with camera tower inspections and follow up on any necessary vendor actions
- Submit all administrative paperwork, including timesheets and expense reports, in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Television, Broadcasting, Communications, or Journalism
- 1-2 years of live remote sports television production experience preferred, with exposure to live golf events a plus
- Basic technical coordination skills and experience supporting technical operations for live event production
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Mobile Units, RF Facilities, Fiber Systems, and other broadcast facilities
- Knowledge of Concur Expense & Travel systems
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail during inspections and follow-up processes
