      To support the day-to-day delivery of the Research and Strategic Partnerships team’s priorities – building an insights and data-led point of view, determining the solutions required, and convening the right partners to develop solutions for the world’s most critical challenges, and in doing so, strengthening Lloyd’s reputation and leadership position.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Strategic Support: Assist the Research & Strategic Partnerships team in delivering data-driven insights, forming solutions, and collaborating with partners to address critical global challenges.

      • Ideation Leadership: Play a pivotal role in generating captivating and relevant ideas tailored to Lloyd’s diverse audience, aligning with our overarching narrative and messaging.

      • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with Communications, Government Policy & Affairs teams, and internal colleagues to ensure research and insights effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.

      • Stakeholder Consultation: Proactively engage with internal teams and external partners, contributing to the planning, development, and validation of Research & Insights activities.

      • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Events team to ensure the coordination and delivery of Futureset events align with broader Corporate Affairs goals.

      • Project Management Excellence: Take a lead role in managing and coordinating Research & Insights activities, aligning with Corporate Affairs planning, and reporting outcomes to senior internal stakeholders.

      • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the Research and Strategic Partnerships team and the broader Corporate Affairs function.

      Your Experience:

      • Strategic Communication: Leverage previous experience using evidence and research in communication and Corporate Affairs strategy to influence key audiences.

      • Multi-tasking Pro: Proven experience in multitasking, prioritizing workloads, and meeting tight deadlines.

      • Stakeholder Management: Successfully manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, contributing positively to collaborative efforts.

      • Project Management Excellence: Demonstrate experience in overseeing and delivering concurrent workstreams, managing processes, suppliers, budgets, and resources effectively.
