POLITICO’s Media Business team is seeking an Associate of Sales Enablement. As an Associate on the team, you would play an integral role in identifying and pitching future Media Business clients.

Media Business is POLITICO’s advertising team that works directly with clients to reach core influencers via online advertising, brand storytelling, and live programming. Our team is composed of unique individuals from diverse backgrounds drawn to developing consultative and strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Business Development Directors to create tailored media plans that address client needs and align with their goals.
• Support sales efforts by identifying potential leads, scheduling meetings, and uncovering new opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by handling inquiries, providing expert guidance on our advertising solutions, and showcasing the value of our portfolio.
• Manage communications efficiently, ensuring timely and professional responses to a high volume of client interactions.
• Record and analyze sales activity in Salesforce CRM, providing actionable insights for the sales team and leadership.
• Contribute ideas to enhance processes and workflows, driving operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional environment (sales, client services, or marketing experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
