      Responsibilities
      u25CF Managing the operations and overseeing all media campaigns across the full campaign life cycle.u00A0Including:
      u00A0 u00A0 u25CB Provision of impression availability and media reservation
      u00A0 u00A0 u25CB Media Plan development and management
      u00A0 u00A0 u25CB Coordination with Media Client Services and Ad Ops team for creative assets and overseeing QA
      u00A0 u00A0 u25CB Weekly campaign pacing review
      u00A0 u00A0 u25CB Optimisation and inventory management
      u00A0 u00A0 u25CB Internal stakeholder relationship management
      u00A0 u00A0 u25CB Providing project management support
      u25CF Work in partnership with the Media Planning Client Services team to understand clientu00A0objectives and needs
      u25CF Ensuring client requirements are accurately communicated to internal teams, as this is crucial inu00A0the highly-regulated healthcare environment.
      u25CF Provide exemplary service post-campaign launch in order to meet contractual obligations byu00A0monitoring programmes
      u25CF Complete campaign performance spreadsheets, analysing data from our ad server and 3rd partyu00A0reports
      u25CF Prepare delivery summaries, working with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaignu00A0success, and escalate issues to Planning management
      u25CF An internal-facing role to support Media teams and managers as needed
      u25CF Assisting in the facilitation of Media product rollouts and process efficiency initiatives

      Qualifications and Competencies
      u25CF Bacheloru2019s degree
      u25CF Ideally will have some experience in operations in an agency, publisher Operations, Adu00A0Operations or Programmatic environment
      u25CF Strong desire to learn digital media
      u25CF Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes
      u25CF Proactive and takes initiative
      u25CF Ability to multitask, function under pressure and meet delivery timeframes
      u25CF Organised with proven ability to manage conflicting priorities
      u25CF A true team player with willingness to pitch in
      u25CF Strong written and spoken English communication skills
      u25CF Logical and lateral thinker
      u25CF Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
      u25CF Ability to perform data analysis
      u25CF Knowledge of Digital Advertising tools (Google Ad Manager, DCM, Salesforce etc.)
      u25CF Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Google GSuite (Mail, Calendar,u00A0Sheets, Slides, Docs)
      u25CF Able to handle numerous high-level campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
      u25CF Desirable but not mandatory:
      u00A0 u00A0 o Self-service experience in any DSPs/SSPs/AdServers (The Trade Desk, Xandr, DV360, Google Ad Manager)
