What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand and promote Baxter’s Surgical Portfolio to meet customer clinical and economic needs
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons and nurses
- Implement selling strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business results
- Conduct extensive prospecting and lead generation for new business opportunities
- Ensure clinical adoption of products through demonstrations and in-servicing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare sales or related field
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflow and hospital environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical device sales experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory
- Experience in building customer relationships and understanding their needs
