What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide sales support to targeted accounts, physicians, and their staff
- Assist territory Sales Executive with the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including lead generation
- Manage billing and customer issues to ensure satisfaction
- Update Salesforce (CRM) to track targeting, messaging, and other strategic information
- Stay current on industry trends in personalized medicine to effectively educate clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree preferred, ideally in a related field of study
- 2 years of experience in a sales or sales support position preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of coverage and reimbursement issues
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM, preferably Salesforce

- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage increasing responsibilities and sustain growth
- Ability to overcome obstacles and challenges using problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets safe and satisfactory criteria
