Job Description
- Req#: R0148042
- Respond to and anticipate customer service needs and issues
- Process Preferred Rentals/Upgrades/Exchanges
- Sell various products that Avis and Budget offers
- Complete clerical functions and other tasks as assigned.
- Responsible for all Exit Booth functions for both Avis and Budget Customers
- Strong customer service skills with high priority on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of French as a second language is a definite
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Must have retail sales experience, minimum 3 years preferred
- Typing skills required: 20 WPM minimum
- Positive, upbeat attitude to do the job and get along with co-workers
- Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to work any shifts including week-ends
- High work performance, standards, and reliability.
- A valid driver’s license with no infraction.
- Grade 12, Related Customer Service Courses, 6 months to 1 years’ experience
