Associate, Senior Client Relationship Support Professional (BlueEarth)

Job Description

- Supporting the team in fundraising across private market funds and mandates as well as in day-to-day tasks
- Proactively managing client queries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates
- Supporting client relationship managers with marketing presentations and investment proposals
- Develop and manage relationships with investors such as institutional clients
- Map out the investor landscape, plan and run regular cold call campaigns
- Becoming an expert in impact private markets and BlueEarth's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
- Bachelor's degree (MBA / Master's preferred) with strong academic background in finance, economics or a relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in private markets industry) in business development, consulting, sales & marketing, relationship management
- Confident and comfortable communicating with teams and individuals across all levels
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness to work towards tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent skills in both spoken and written English, proficiency in German or another EU language is definitely a plus
- Valid Swiss work permit is required
