- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Manage paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Drive lead generation and nurture initiatives through performance marketing and automation tools
- Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules across LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor engagement, performance, and trends; adapt strategy to drive community growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely and relevant social content
- Own the website content strategy, updates, UX improvements, SEO, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with subject mater experts to develop and publish new articles, case studies, etc.
- Coordinate with developers and designers for technical and creative enhancements
- Ensure high uptime, security, and optimal page speed
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop impactful marketing collaterals – brochures, videos, case studies, presentations, etc.
- Write, edit, and oversee high-quality content aligned with brand voice and business goals
- Brief and manage creative resources (designers, video editors, agencies)
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs across campaigns, website, and social platforms
- Use insights from Google Analytics and social platforms to drive continuous improvement
- Recommend actionable strategies based on campaign and content performance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in digital and integrated marketing roles.
- Proven experience with website CMS, SEO tools, and performance marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, social media insights, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
