What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and advise on new and existing state and federal laws impacting provider organizations
- Serve as a regulatory liaison for new law implementation working groups
- Provide guidance to business units in response to regulatory inquiries
- Review member-facing communications for compliance
- Support other legal team members in managing complex regulatory issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and Bar membership
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm, healthcare corporation, or relevant government agency
- Expert knowledge in telehealth and virtual health services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for distilling complex regulatory issues
- Strong analytical, project management, and collaboration skills
