      Job Overview:

      The Sr Service Center Representative will assist Advisors, their assistants, and LPL internal Service Associates over the phone. Associates will make outbound calls to other departments as necessary regarding issues associated with Managed Accounts platforms. Associates must be able to understand multiple products and the risks, fees, and operational tasks for the products. Associates must also understand and be able to explain the operational requirements and LPL Financial policies that govern the products we support and ensure compliance with product guidelines, LPL Financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide exceptional customer service to Financial Advisors, their assistants, and LPL Financial internal business partners as it relates to Managed Accounts.

      • Accurately process requests for multiple platforms.

      • Maintain knowledge about various products supported by LPL Financial (MWP, OMP, PWP, and Manager Select platforms). Be able to explain the differences between the products to advisors and internal business partners.

      • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adapt to regulatory changes. Associates must be able to explain regulatory requirements and changes in requirements to Financial Advisors and internal business partners.

      • Guide Financial Advisors and their assistants through LPL Financial processes and system platforms as they relate to Managed Accounts platforms. Assist with system and operational issues as well as assisting with system enhancements and upgrades.

      • Support internal business partners with Managed Accounts.

      • Ensure contingency plans are in place to support system outages.

      • Collaborate with internal business partners to support system enhancements and testing, resolve escalations and adapt to process changes.

      • Support operational partners with processing tasks and quality control (QC) processes to ensure operational tasks are completed correctly on a daily basis.

      Requirements:

      • Experience with MS Office

      Core Competencies:

      Preferences:

      • 1-2 years' experience within financial services, customer service, or call center environment

      • Experience with Beta, Siebel, BranchNet/ClientWorks, Move Money Tool

      • Opportunity for SIE, Series 7 and 63/66


      Pay Range:

      $19.13-$28.70/hour


      Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
