      To satisfy the needs of our growing client base, Hamilton Lane is looking to hire an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Enterprise Data Team.

      JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful business insights and possess expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, and R, we want to hear from you.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Develop and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets.
      • Analyze and interpret data trends, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
      • Apply Python and R programming languages to conduct advanced statistical analyses.
      • Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and security.
      • Conduct regular data quality checks and address any discrepancies or anomalies.
      • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
      • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

      NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS; Education and/or Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
      • 5+ years of experience in a business intelligence, data analyst, or data analytics role
      • Proven experience in Power BI and DAX for data visualization and report creation.
      • 3+ years of experience with SQL or other query language
      • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
      • Proven experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and scripting.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
